The Family Law Company supports FORCE Santa Cycle
The FORCE Santa Cycle is back on Saturday 19th November 2022 but with a twist!
The traditional Topsham to Exmouth route remains but there is NOW the option to ride in the opposite direction.
Riders will cycle six miles from Topsham Rugby Club to Exmouth along the stunning Exe Estuary Trail, starting at 11am.
Those choosing the second option will set out from Exmouth Rugby Club at 12:30pm and finish on Topsham Quay.
“Of course, none of this would be possible without the continued support of The Family Law Company as our main sponsor for this festive family ride,” said FORCE Fundraising Development Officer Olly Watts.
At each finish point, riders will join a Stuart Line Cruise boat for an enjoyable trip along the River Exe, back to the town where they started.
Spaces are limited to around 100 cyclists for each direction so early booking is advised.
It’s £15 for adults and just £7.50 for children.
The cost of registration includes a Santa outfit (although you can choose to wear your own Christmas-themed costume), the return trip with Stuart Line Cruises, a mince pie and a mulled wine or soft drink. All children receive a little treat at the end.
“We’re really excited to be offering the chance to put on this festive ride once again thanks to The Family Law Company. With increasing costs their support will allow us to raise additional funds to support patients and their loved ones come to terms with a cancer diagnosis as we open a second route on this popular family festive ride,” said Olly Watts.
Director Jane Chanot from the Family Law Company said: “FORCE is a charity that is close to our hearts and plays an important role for those affected by cancer in our community. We’re pleased to be able to support this brilliantly festive family event once more which has been part of our city’s events calendar for a decade.”
The FORCE Santa Cycle has raised more than £30,000, which has enabled the charity to continue supporting patients and their families as they come to terms with a cancer diagnosis.
