Local estate agent backing FORCE

Local independent estate agency Robert Williams Estate and Letting Agents are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year.

The company, based in Exeter’s Southernhay district, are using the year to raise money and awareness of their chosen charity.

They are backing FORCE Cancer Charity, which offers free support and advice to local people dealing with a cancer diagnosis.

Robert Williams Estate Agents celebrated their anniversary with drinks and nibbles at their offices in Southernhay.

They have also taken part in FORCE’s Cream Teas for Cancer campaign and for every house they sell between 2nd June 2023 and the end of the year they will be donating £150 to FORCE.

Managing Director, Oliver Williams, said: “We wanted to mark our 25th anniversary by celebrating with our friends, clients and industry colleagues. It was a great attendance and brilliant to see so many familiar faces.

“We were also keen to use the event to raise money for our chosen charity, FORCE Cancer Charity, and were pleased that everyone donated generously.”

Olly Watts, acting head of income generation at FORCE, said: “We are incredibly grateful to have the support of Robert Williams Estate Agents & Lettings as they celebrate their 25th anniversary this year.

“Every £150 donated could fund psychological and emotional support for a cancer patient or a close family member. It means so much to so many at a time when there is a huge demand for help.”

It’s not the first time this well-established local business has supported FORCE. Robert Williams and his partner, Meg, took on a major challenge – 21 Tors in 2021 – two years ago and raised nearly £4,000 for the charity.
