Great support for Sheepwash art exhibition
An art exhibition in the Methodist Church at Sheepwash raised £375.05 for FORCE.
Three local artists displayed paintings of a variety of subjects while members of the church provided refreshments.
“A large number of local people from the village and some visitors who came along had a very nice time sitting in the garden and enjoying the delicious cakes and cream teas so generously provided,” said organiser Melvyn Elliott.
People gave generously with beautiful weather adding to the appeal of the day and everyone said they thoroughly enjoyed their visit.
A cheque for the proceeds was presented to FORCE at our Okehampton outreach centre.
