• WEATHER UPDATE: The FORCE Cancer Support and Information Centre will close to drop-ins at 3pm today (Thursday November 21). Our normal opening times are 9:30am to 4:30pm weekdays (except Bank Holidays), no appointment needed.

What we stand for

To ensure the best possible local support and care for people affected by cancer.

Working towards our vision we plan to:

  • Ensure a range of personalised support is available for anyone affected by cancer
  • Encourage people living with cancer to develop skills to help manage their situation
  • Reach more people needing support and advice

  • Invest in relevant research within the University of Exeter Medical School
  • Provide where funds permit, “state of the art” equipment to improve cancer diagnosis, treatment and care
  • Develop a strong infrastructure focusing on income generation and governance to ensure a sustainable future for FORCE services
