A chance to surround yourself with people who get it

FORCE hosts a number of free support groups for cancer patients and their carers because shared experiences and mutual understanding can help reduce isolation and strengthen your abilities to cope.

There are support groups made up of patients with the same cancer. Others focus on a specific subject, such as anxiety management or mindfulness with a mix of both patients and carers.

Healthcare professionals facilitate the majority or contribute to those run by patients and carers.

Contact us on 01392 406151 to find out about groups run by FORCE and other local and national organisations which may be able to support you.

Groups generally meet at the FORCE Cancer Support Centre.
