• The FORCE Support and Information Centre is open every weekday from 9:30am to 4:30pm (except Bank Holidays), no appointment needed.

Donating to FORCE

One in two people will get cancer in their lifetime and more people now are experiencing a longer life expectancy following diagnosis.

We support anyone affected by cancer in Exeter, East, Mid and West Devon – patients and their families. We are not part of the NHS, and we do not receive funding from the government or any other national body. We rely entirely on the generosity of the communities we serve. You ensure that we can be here to offer a wide range of support in a warm, non-clinical environment.

Our highly-skilled team provides individual and group support, advice on staying active, complementary therapies and guidance on claiming benefits – and fund equipment to improve diagnosis and treatment at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

Help us make a difference to the people you care about – your family, friends, colleagues and neighbours – with a regular or one-off donation.

Thank you.

Please consider setting up a regular donation to FORCE

Regular donations are one of the most powerful ways to support FORCE. They provide the steady, predictable funding needed to sustain our services and help us plan with confidence.

When families are faced with a cancer diagnosis, your regular gift helps people with cancer and their loved ones get the emotional support they need when their world has been turned upside down. You’ll help more families access vital information and advice, speak to people who truly understand what they’re going through, and ensure there is a warm, welcoming place for local people living with cancer.

If you’re able to support FORCE regularly, please consider setting up a standing order – monthly, quarterly or annually. To do this, please contact our fundraising team on 01392 402875 or email donations@forcecancercharity.co.uk, and we will send you FORCE’s bank details securely.

Thank you so much to everyone who supports FORCE in this way.

Gift Aid

Gift Aid

Gift Aid is a government initiative that allows charities to increase their income at no cost to themselves or their donors if they are UK taxpayers.

When you give a donation to FORCE and sign a Gift Aid Declaration, you allow us to claim the tax you have or will pay on that gift.

We get an extra 25p for every £1 you donate.

If you are a UK tax payer and you are able to Gift Aid your gift, we would ask you to tick the appropriate boxes for online gifts or fill in one of our Gift Aid forms for gifts being posted or if you are arranging a donation through your bank. This means that we are able to make your gift go further by claiming 25p for every £1 you have donated. Imagine what a difference that could make and it doesn’t cost you a thing! So if you want your gift to go further, Gift Aid it!
