What will you give up?

Join us this January, giving up something for 100 days for FORCE.

Every day of sacrifice will help make a difference for people who are dealing with a cancer diagnosis.

The challenge starts on the 1st of January and the 100 days takes you to Friday 11th April 2025!

Could you give up…

Alcohol, shopping online, chocolates, crisps, meat, caffeine, sugar, fizzy drinks, take-aways, eating between meals, snacking, make-up or even social media!
