FORCE is committed to making our services available to anyone who needs them as close as possible to where they live.

We have dedicated significant funds to an outreach programme and we are now able to cover more areas of Devon, providing help and support to anyone affected by cancer.

At Okehampton, Tiverton and Honiton we have a team of professional staff and volunteers providing support and counselling, complementary therapies and information to mirror a number of the services on offer at our Exeter Support and Information Centre.

  • Wednesdays (10am – 4pm) at Okehampton Hospital
  • Thursdays (10am – 4pm) at Tiverton Hospital
  • Fridays (9:30am – 3:30pm) at Honiton Hospital

We are also funding the delivery of certain chemotherapy treatments at the hospitals in all three towns.

We also offer exercise programmes in Exeter, Exminster, Tiverton, Okehampton, Crediton, Axminster, Ottery St Mary, Axminster, Seaton, Exmouth, Honiton and Barnstaple.

Feedback has been extremely positive and we are confident that our outreach project will make a significant difference to the accessibility of our services to those living in more remote parts of the county.

Volunteers help to welcome visitors to our outreach centres in Okehampton, Tiverton and Honiton. For more information go to our Volunteer page or contact Heather Taylor on 01392 406154 or at heather.taylor@forcecancercharity.co.uk
