Entry

Entry is £20 per person. Registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and places are NON-EXCHANGEABLE. However, should we have to cancel due to COVID restrictions we will refund cyclists.

This is a recreational non-competitive event.  All riders must be aged 14 or over on the day of the Ride. Riders aged 14, 15 or 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Unfortunately, the Ride is not open to children under 14.

Sponsorship

If you wish to set up an online sponsor page you can do this via Virgin Money sponsorship page or via a Justgiving sponsorship page

No sponsorship necessary but donations very welcome via our Virgin Money Giving donation page.

Please note, we have not opened up for donations on the entry platform as the charge from the company on those donations to you is no longer acceptable. We feel you would be happier, as would we, if a donation did not have a large charge on top of it.

On the Day Information

Please arrive at Tedburn St Mary Football Club from 7:30am on Sunday 17th October. We start the ride at 8am.

There are only parking spaces for 80 cars so we do ask that as many of you cycle to the start line as possible. We will have to turn cars away once our parking is full.

On the day entry will be permitted so long as the capacity has not been reached.
