Volunteering opportunity tailor-made for you

Are you a material girl (or boy) who loves to get their hands on fantastic fabrics or finds needlework sew simple?

FORCE Cancer Charity has a darn good opportunity for you to use your skills for a good cause.

Our charity shop in Heavitree needs volunteers to help out in a variety of roles from sorting donations of clothes, linens and textiles to mending items before they are offered for sale.

We can fit in seamlessly with your availability – flexibility is the key so we’ll always aim to stitch together a plan that suits you.

Whether you have a couple of hours to spare on an occasional basis, a regular half day to fill or certain times of the year when you’re free, we’d love to hear from you.

It could be an opportunity to get together with a group of friends or family, share a yarn and do your bit to raise money for FORCE.

Maybe you’ve got a window while the children are at school or nursery, you’re working part time and want to develop new skills or you’re keen to factor volunteering into your retirement plan.

Whatever your reason, we’ve got roles to suit everybody and we’re keen to recruit new members for our great team.

Sew far, sew good? If you think volunteering for FORCE is tailor-made for you, call into the shop in Heavitree Fore Street for a chat with Shop Manager Anna Heard or email shop@forcecancercharity.co.uk
