Coping with the loss of a loved one

When someone close to you dies from cancer, FORCE is here to offer help and support.
This can be on an individual basis through our Support and counselling service or within a support group.
At our Support and Information Centre we hold Bereavement Support Groups. If you have lost a partner we offer a supportive environment where you can talk to others going through a similar experience.  We also have a group for adults who have lost a parent.
If you prefer, we also offer one-to-one support to help you cope with the loss of a loved one.
Our specialist team is here to offer advice, support and strategies for coping.
We aim to give you the opportunity of sharing your experiences, talking about bereavement issues, stress, anxiety management and any other areas you feel you would like input.
