In Jan's words - 'I thought that the Kilimanjaro challenge would cure me but I now believe these serious treks are addictive! I have booked to attempt Everest Base Camp in October 2012; the opportunity to visit distant and beautiful parts of the world and meet with very different cultures is just too appealing. I am paying my own ticket, but once more would like to raise funds for my favourite charity, FORCE, who provide such wonderful support to those with cancer and their families. So 100% of whatever you would wish to contribute will go straight to the charity'.
